One of the reasons a career at Evolve Marketing is so satisfying is the family-like office atmosphere. This was on full display during the 2019 holiday season, as our work family celebrated the winter holidays and prepared for the new year together.
Our New Year’s party was full of festive moments, and we appreciated being able to reflect on and celebrate all the amazing times we had last year as a team. There was plenty of growth for the company, and promotions galore, plus some personal victories that brought us closer together.
For example, there were plenty of stories about the many Evolve Marketing team nights we shared in 2019. These frequent social events get us out of the office and let us blow off some steam, connecting with each other on a more personal level than we have time for during our busy workdays. We created some great memories and friendships, all of which fueled our successful year.
We also shared tales of the trips we took as a team. Whether driving to another city for cross-training, or flying to a beachside resort for some well-earned R&R, we had a great time sharpening our skills, building our networks, and strengthening the team spirit that makes our company so inviting.
